How Easy Is It To Become A Member of DaceMPC?

FILL-IN

Come to Dasmariñas City Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative Office and fill-in the Membership Application Form.

ATTEND

Attend the Pre-Education Membership Seminar.

SUBMIT

Submit the Membership Application Form and attach 2x2 picture.

PAY

Pay the Membership Fee worth P150.00.

To be considered as a Full Fledge Member

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
OF A MEMBER

✔Patronize the Cooperative Businesses and Services (Savings/ Share /Loans).
✔Participate in the Membership Education Program.
✔Attend General Assembly Meeting.
✔Observed and obey all lawful Orders, Decisions, Policy, Rules and Regulations adopted by the Board of Directors and the General Assembly.
